Holt Executive Ltd are partnering with a leading technology company to support a critical hire for a Programme Manager – Government and Aerospace.

Our partner specialises in resilient, secure, and beyond line-of-sight technology and connectivity products across the Aero International Government space. They are recognised as a serious innovator by their customers worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity to drive customer and partner engagement from pre-contract to post-delivery, collaborating with customers, partners, OEMs, integrators, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing capture strategies for key aeronautical platforms across our global footprint.
  • Securing buy-in for the capture strategy and establishing programmes to support its delivery.
  • Enabling coordination with stakeholders, including sales, technical, and commercial teams, to develop capture plans for individual opportunities.
  • Driving initiatives to understand customers' requirements and developing technical and commercial solutions.

Key requirements for the Programme Manager – Government and Aerospace role include:

  • Prior experience in a programme management customer-related role within the aeronautical/Airspace/Aerospace market.
  • Excellent experience working pre- and post-contract.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Some experience taking technology and connectivity products into the aero government domain.
