Future Engineering is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team in Lincoln. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating forge machinery, ensuring high-quality production and meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery, with a strong background in heavy industrial or engineering environments. They will also be commutable to the Lincoln area and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
This is a Monday-to-Friday 8-hour shift role, based on site in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is £27,000 - £31,000 Basic + Stability + Job Satisfaction + Family Feel + Appreciation + Optional Overtime + Flexibility + Generous Pension + Low Staff Turnover + Immediate Start.
