About the Role:
AWE Plc is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead our Construction Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the development and implementation of construction strategies, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive construction plans to meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of construction managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
