Support for Student Success Coordinator

**About the Role:**
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and social development of our students. This may involve working one-to-one with students, providing learning support, and engaging with students in a positive and non-disruptive manner. You will also be responsible for setting up activities, using technology or adjusting the environment to suit individual needs, and working collaboratively with teachers to provide learning support.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with children (desirable)
