Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Coordinator for SEND Students to join our team in Croydon.

This full-time role involves providing support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), with an estimated salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with teachers to provide emotional and academic support to students.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Support teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with SEND is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and enjoys working with students.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • DBS check (willing to undertake one if needed).
