About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Logistics team at the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking. As a key member of our supply chain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Control and Management: Ensure accurate and efficient stock control, maintaining optimal levels of inventory to meet event schedules and project deadlines.
  • Component Servicing and Kitting: Coordinate component servicing, kitting, lifing, and logistics activities within assigned areas, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with the TPC Project Management team to manage quantities of parts and spares, ensuring availability for events and projects.
  • Travel and Event Support: Participate in international travel and events, providing logistical support and undertaking various on- and off-car activities as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role or experience working with Javelin stock control systems, managing complex motorsport parts and assemblies.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, digital systems, and process improvements related to digital build and lifing management.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
