Job Description

This role involves working as a License administration officer, focusing on sales order creation and management. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and be able to generate customer requests for sales transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating sales orders using an ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Managing purchase orders, including generating formal documents outlining agreed prices and delivery dates.
  • Coordinating goods receipting, verifying correct quantities and ensuring consistency with purchase orders.
  • Managing invoice picking, ensuring accurate sales and purchase orders for payments.
  • Confirming customer orders, verifying stock availability, and creating picking lists for multiple warehouses.
  • Updating stock tracker maintenance using tools and sharing real-time updates with teams.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance resolutions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key skills:

  • Strong track record in operations, ideally with experience in licensing and end-to-end processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SmartSheet, and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Able to work independently and self-sufficiently.
