Warehouse Inventory Specialist

ASL Technical Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join their team. Based on-site at the client facility in Surrey, the successful candidate will be engaged on an ongoing PAYE contract basis.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are managed effectively.
  • Assist in the control and tracking of materials within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the Material Control team to support inventory management and order fulfilment.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organised.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as necessary.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance to inspect and approve incoming materials.
  • Organize and label stockroom for efficient inventory retrieval.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed inventory documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and address quality or supply issues.
  • Forecast stock requirements with production planning.
  • Identify and manage obsolete inventory to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to urgent stock needs and coordinate emergency responses.
  • Generate regular inventory reports for management insights.
