## Job Title: Care Assistant - Part Time

## Job Description:

We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a Care Assistant - Part Time. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with learning differences to maintain their independence and engage in their passion for music, dance, and theatre.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with day-to-day activities, including meal preparation and medication management
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment
* Accompany the individual to appointments and enable access to community groups
* Support the individual to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and social activities

### Requirements:

* Drivers with an available vehicle preferred but not essential
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
