Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our Domiciliary Care team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with varying needs, including personal care, administration of medication, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social activities
  • Assist with light housework and domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Safeguard vulnerable adults and promote their independence

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential)
  • A patient and compassionate approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG check and right to work in the UK
