Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wine, spirits, and other beverages.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing recommendations and suggestions as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, including achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Able to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
