Job Title: Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and stock control, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including housekeeping and visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of store products and services, including wine knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of store standards.

Desirable:

  • WSET Foundation Certificate.
  • Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
