Engineering Manager for Product Safety

Copello Global is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Product Safety team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our products and services.
This is a remote-friendly role that requires occasional travel to our site in the North West. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple exciting projects across Maritime and Naval programmes, leveraging your expertise in safety case development and engineering management.
With our recent government contract win, we are in a strong position to innovate new technologies within the Defence and Marine sector. As a Product Safety Engineering Manager, you will be given the opportunity to develop within your role with the support of Senior Management to help you advance in your career.
Please note that due to the sensitive nature of our projects, all applicants must be UK Passport holders due to security restrictions.
Key Requirements:
- Education to a degree level in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience working in high hazard industries, such as Defence, Oil and Gas, Rail, etc.
- Safety case development and engineering skills
- Previous role in Engineering Management
- Capability Management Programme/Engineering Delivery
