About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Assured Safety Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for leading the Health and Safety function across our manufacturing and distribution site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our HSE Management System and processes.
  • Deliver effective reviews to achieve continually improving levels of quality performance.
  • Support the integration of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Systems.
  • Responsible for internal and external quality audit processes.
  • Provide expertise and problem-solving capability through Health, Safety, and Environment Management System knowledge.
  • Contribute to and implement health and safety strategies in line with group standards and health and safety management responsibilities and performance.
  • Support the integration of the local Health and Safety Management System to achieve overall Site Accreditation to Standards.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the Annual Site Business Plan.
  • Lead/coordinate/manage HSE objectives to deliver required results.
  • Lead/coordinate/manage continuous improvement projects and initiatives to improve the overall performance of the site.
