Job Title: Avionics Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Engineer to join our team at Gold Group. As an Avionics Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, modification, and repair of aircraft systems, including the Chinook aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems to correct failures or implement changes
  • Conduct troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components
  • Validate and verify testing of systems and components, documenting procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
  • Work with peers to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle

Requirements:

  • Experience working on Chinook aircraft
  • Experience working within a team of aircraft technicians
  • Completed a recognized and certified aircraft apprenticeship or military equivalent
