Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at GKN Aerospace. As a key member of our Central Quality Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, perform, and report on internal and supplier audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead or participate in quality projects and improvement teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on quality-related matters.
Requirements
  • Engineering background and at least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
