Job Title: Agile Delivery Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Director to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our Digital Banking Innovation Practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software delivery lifecycle and project methodology, governance, and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with application and infrastructure teams, as well as third parties, to ensure effective delivery within required budgets and timeframes.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects (£500k-£2m per annum) in a complex organization.
  • Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Deliver in an onshore and offshore development model.

Requirements:

  • Significant Project Management experience specifically within Software Delivery.
  • Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Project Management experience within a financial establishment.
  • Experience using full Microsoft Office suite.
