Job Title: Digital Delivery Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Director to join our Software Delivery Team within our Digital Banking Innovation Practice based in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software delivery lifecycle and project methodology, governance, and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with application and infrastructure teams and third parties to ensure effective delivery within required budgets and timeframes.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects (£500k-£2m per annum) in a complex organization.

Requirements:

  • Significant project management experience specifically within software delivery.
  • Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects in a complex organization.
  • Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Experience of delivering in an onshore and offshore development model.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Project management experience within a financial establishment.
  • Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary - £70,000-£90,000.
