Agile Delivery Director

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Director to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver justice to the public.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our delivery team, working closely with our Operations Managers to ensure the smooth running of our National Services region. You will be responsible for maintaining positive and effective working relationships with the judiciary, supporting agencies, and user groups.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery team to achieve operational objectives and provide a consistent and customer-focused service.
- Work closely with Operations Managers to ensure the smooth running of the National Services region.
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with the judiciary, supporting agencies, and user groups.
- Identify and implement solutions to local problems and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide direction and close support to Team Leaders to develop their team plans and contribute to the overall business plan for the region.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be familiar with work environments that are process and compliance driven and able to constructively manage complaints and complete corrective actions within set timescales.
