Key Responsibilities:
- Set up agile feature teams across projects and programmes.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint demos, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to manage and refine backlogs.
- Guide and mentor team members to increase productivity and build agile capabilities.
- Develop agile delivery metrics to track progress and remove blockers.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Director-level colleagues.
- Drive planning and forecasting to prepare the business for change.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure projects are closed in line with governance processes.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Agile Project Delivery (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaFe).
- Strong experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JIRA and DevOps.
- Proven success in leading complex change initiatives across business and technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence in project risk management, project staff leadership, and governance.
- Financial services or payments industry experience is highly desirable.
