Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with an individual with autism, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks
* Promote independence by supporting the individual in making choices and decisions
* Encourage the individual to participate in activities and pursue their interests
* Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual and other stakeholders

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS check required

Salary:
The hourly rate for this role is £13 per day hours. An enhanced hourly rate applies on all Bank Holidays.
