**Job Title:** Personal Care Provider

 

At Home Instead, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a caring, friendly disposition. With comprehensive in-house training provided, experience is not required, but any previous care experience is an advantage.

 

About the Role:

 

  • Travel to visit regular clients and offer support according to their care plan and wishes.
  • Foster companionship and provide emotional support to clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing.
  • Support with making meals and keeping the home clean and tidy.
  • Allow clients to maintain their dignity while assisting them with personal care tasks such as getting dressed, for those who require assistance.

  • Earn £13.40-14.40 per hour (doubled on bank holidays) plus 35p/mile mileage reimbursement.

We estimate that this role earns around £28,000 per annum, based on a 20-hour working week.
