About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be integral to managing all aspects of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include overseeing property sales, conducting valuations, setting up financial service appointments, managing sign-ups, providing conveyancing quotes, and handling instructions.

  • Oversee daily operations of residential sales and lead team meetings.
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, secure high-quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial service appointments.
  • Oversee sales progression and maintain regular communication with solicitors, buyers, and sellers.
  • Analyse market and business data to create detailed vendor reports.
  • Have strong knowledge of legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Proven expertise in sales progression and property valuations.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
  • Proficiency in Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.

What's on Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28-£30k, depending on experience.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
  • Alternate Saturdays, 10am-4pm.
