Client Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Ginger Recruitment Services Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing existing relationships with clients across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with clients, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development. You will be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing technical information and guidance to clients. You will also work closely with our wider sales and support teams to achieve our sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Drive new business growth and develop existing relationships with clients across the UK
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organisations
• Provide technical information and guidance to clients on their sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: £42,500 per annum.
