About Our Role:

We are looking for a skilled Social Care Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and matching talented candidates with organisations that provide critical social care services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Pool Development: Create and maintain a database of qualified candidates, ensuring they are aware of relevant job opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Placement Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout their employment journey.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the social care sector.
  • Demonstrated sales ability and a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure.
