Join Our Team: Safety ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to lead our Safety, Emergency Management, and Security teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and corporate standards, driving HSE excellence, and collaborating with teams to enhance safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Safety management and supporting environmental aspects on site.
- Develop and implement the Safety strategy for the Site, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain foresight on legal and corporate initiatives.
- Ensure KPI, monitoring, and reporting processes comply with requirements.
- Deliver training to enhance safety understanding in site operations.
- NEBOSH Diploma.
- Knowledge of external HSE legislation.
- Technical knowledge and practical understanding of HSE hazards in chemical manufacturing.
- Experience in a manufacturing, technical support, or HSE operational role.
- Proven proactive track record in HSE within manufacturing Safety.
- Strong expertise in Safety issues, legislation, and renewable energy sources.
- Proven experience managing external stakeholders, including communities and authorities.
- Technical expertise in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives.
