We are seeking a poised and customer-focused Maitre D' to join our dynamic team at Daphne's, an esteemed Italian restaurant in South Kensington. As a Maitre D', you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
* Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
* Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
* Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre D' in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive and friendly demeanor.
