Senior IT Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at Maxwell Bond in Preston. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our internal staff.

In this role, you will work closely with our teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, maintain and update our internal systems, and document technical solutions for future reference.

Our ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and cloud technologies. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
