About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network and Service Manager to join our team at Matchtech.

This is a challenging contract opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage network services, ensuring compliance, accessibility, and relevancy, by coordinating trials, launches, and communications.
  • To develop procedures and advise on security and licensing.
Requirements
  • Delivering medium-sized projects and understanding of SIAM and ITIL processes.
  • Good financial control and understanding of current network infrastructure and products.
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers and relevant vocational qualifications.
  • Trained to at least ITIL Foundation level, with opportunities for professional development.
