About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Midweight Integrated Designer to join our Brand & Creative Team, Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating best practice examples of our brand guidelines in all designs, from print to digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the creative team, from studio to copy, and follow the content production process
  • Manage multiple briefs in your workload and have full ownership of delivering those on time and to a technically accurate standard
  • Evolve your designs using feedback from the Creative Lead, Head of Marketing and briefing teams, approaching feedback constructively
  • Have a thorough understanding of our audience segments and commercial objectives of your briefs, using this information to inform your design choices
  • Own executing your campaigns across all customer touchpoints, spanning print, email and web
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong sense of design and composition, and a keen eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines across all devices and channels. You should have a great sense of design and composition, with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines across all devices and channels.

You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and have experience of photo editing. A knowledge of Figma is beneficial. You should also have a strong ability to write and edit clean, maintainable and performant HTML and CSS.
