About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Midweight Integrated Designer to join our Brand & Creative Team in the Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class designs that showcase our brand's values and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that meet commercial objectives
  • Manage multiple briefs and deliver high-quality designs on time and to a technically accurate standard
  • Evaluate and evolve designs based on feedback from the Creative Lead, Head of Marketing, and briefing teams
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our target audience segments and commercial objectives to inform design decisions
  • Execute campaigns across all customer touchpoints, including print, email, and web
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with executing campaigns across print, email, and web
  • Ability to think conceptually and present rationale for design choices
  • Excellent design and composition skills, with a strong eye for layout and brand guidelines
  • Attention to detail and exacting standards for accuracy and consistency
  • Self-motivation, organization, and accountability, with proactive communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and experience with photo editing
  • Strong ability to write and edit clean, maintainable, and performant HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of UX and experience optimizing designs for performance
  • Approachable, collaborative attitude and a love of working in a team
  • Keen interest in design, retail, and food industries
  • Love of food, organics, and sustainability
