Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Data Analyst to join our Finance team at DHL Germany. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting payroll data collection processes across allocated sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills, with a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes. You will also be confident in using Microsoft Office applications and possess effective communication skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, while also managing daily workflow tasks to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
