We are seeking a skilled Housing Business Support Officer to join our operational support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support in our work undertaking planned and responsive work within Property Services.

This is a 3-month ongoing role, working at the rate of £16.49 per hour PAYE. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times in a professional, courteous manner.

To achieve this, you will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively at all levels and build up good working relationships with customers.
  • A genuine interest in helping customers at all levels.
  • Good observation skills with attention to detail, calm and professional approach.
  • Ability to work equally well alone using initiative or effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines with good decision-making skills.
  • IT Literate - good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
