Job Description

This Specialist Care Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Oak Paddock, where you will work closely with guests, staff, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support and care.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and practical assistance to guests
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
