Job Opportunity with NHS Scotland

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 5 Practice Nurse to join our Primary Healthcare team at Neptune Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred primary care, considering patients' safety, privacy, and dignity.
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead the delivery of primary healthcare nursing, including occupational health elements.
  • Work unsupervised, managing a caseload and identifying, assessing, and managing patients with complex health needs.
