Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Director's schedule across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruptions.
- Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Report Preparation: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting key discussions and actions, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- GDPR Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to GDPR regulations, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, managing high-volume inbox with professionalism and efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Must be a confident minute taker with excellent note-taking skills.
- Proven experience in diary management, with a strong understanding of calendar coordination and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of GDPR compliance, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently at a Board level, supporting an Executive Director, and providing exceptional administrative support.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
