Job Overview

At BytePlus Pte Ltd, we are seeking a seasoned Global Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into emerging markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative partnerships and product development.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced executive who can leverage their expertise in enterprise sales and partnerships to establish long-term relationships with global partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that drive value for both parties, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry connections to identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans and pitch materials.
  • Lead executive briefings and presentations to showcase company products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in enterprise sales and/or partnerships in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing partnerships by upselling and building strong relationships with both internal and external teams.
  • Experience in managing partnerships with SaaS and PaaS companies, digital native ecosystems, and FMCG, retail, and e-commerce agencies or platforms.
  • Creative and solution-driven mindset with ability to make the impossible possible.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Flexible to travel up to 50%.
