Care Assistant Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant Professional to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:
- Assist with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and helping with meals.
- Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents are met.
- Deliver end-of-life care with compassion and empathy.
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
