Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced In-Home Support Worker to join our team at The Care Network. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients in their own homes.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences. This may include assisting with personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping. You will also have the opportunity to cook healthy meals and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- At least 3 months experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £130-£145 per day, paid weekly by our clients. You will also receive comfortable room and board, travel expenses reimbursed, and the satisfaction of knowing you are making a real difference in people's lives.
