Care Professional

Hartwig Care Limited is currently seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team. This full-time or part-time role involves providing direct care and support to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 24/7 counselling and online wellbeing resources, newsfeed and recognition, 20 days of paid holiday, plus bank holidays, free DBS Check, ongoing training and development, and referral programme. A valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, providing companionship and interacting with service users.
* Assist with meal planning and preparation.
* Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
* Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Required Skills:
* Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle preferred.
