Residential Land Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Land Manager to join our team at Eric Wright Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land for residential development, working closely with our planning and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and acquiring land for residential development
  • Working with planning and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conducting land appraisals and financial viability assessments
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with landowners and stakeholders
  • Managing and coordinating land acquisition projects
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in land acquisition and development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of land appraisals and financial viability assessments
  • Knowledge of planning policy and process
  • Strong commercial, numeracy, report writing and data analysis skills
  • IT proficiency (including MS Excel), project management and presentation skills
  • A relevant degree
