Residential Land Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Land Manager to join our team at Eric Wright Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land for residential development, as well as managing the land acquisition process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and acquiring land for residential development
  • Managing the land acquisition process, including negotiations with landowners and stakeholders
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to identify potential development opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and investors
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including development, design, and construction teams
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in land acquisition and development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of land appraisals and financial viability assessments
  • Knowledge of planning policy and process
  • Strong commercial, numeracy, report writing, and data analysis skills
  • IT proficiency, including MS Excel, project management, and presentation skills
  • A relevant degree
