Digital Marketing Strategist

Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse and optimise marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise and improve results.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage PPC campaigns and budget allocation.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are an advantage.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results effectively.
- Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
