Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Education Support Staff member to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and be able to support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students with varying needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a secondary school setting and be seeking a permanent role in the area for immediate start.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

About the Role:

  • To support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students with varying needs.
  • To work collaboratively with the teaching staff, other support staff, and parents to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • To assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
