Paraplanner - High Wycombe

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning practice in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Paraplanning, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Diploma Level 4 qualification.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support and have a good standard of literacy, written grammar, and numeracy. Key responsibilities will include fund and product research, writing suitability reports, preparing client portfolio review analysis, and liaising with team Administrators.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Receiving instructions from advisers following client meetings.
- Interpreting data obtained by advisers during client meetings.
- Analysing data and using research tools to provide solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Providing records to support research undertaken.
- Consolidating client needs and objectives, recommendations, and course of action in a written format.
- Carrying out tasks in a manner consistent with compliance procedures.
- Preparation of existing client files ready for reviews.
- Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.
