We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning practice in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Paraplanning, with a minimum of 3 years experience and a Diploma Level 4 qualification.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support and have a good standard of literacy, written grammar, and numeracy. Day-to-day duties will include fund and product research, writing suitability reports, preparing client portfolio reviews, and liaising with team administrators.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Receiving instructions from advisers following client meetings
  • Interpreting data obtained by advisers during client meetings
  • Analysing data and using research tools to provide solutions to meet client needs and objectives
  • Providing records to support research undertaken
  • Consolidating client needs and objectives, recommendations, and course of action in a written format
  • Carrying out tasks in a manner consistent with compliance procedures
  • Preparing existing client files for reviews
  • Ensuring client files are compliant on an ongoing basis

  • A highly industrious and proactive approach with the ability to anticipate adviser needs
  • Adept at pulling together all strands of a case from administrative through to compliance and technical
