About the Role

The Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Mobile Device Management Specialist to join our Mobile Device Team within the IT Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in providing a responsive and effective Mobile Device administration service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer Mobile Devices using various MDM Systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage SIM card-related tasks and initial setup of mobile devices using Intune, Workspace One, Knox, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Provide excellent technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective mobile device management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and trends, ensuring the Trust remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and mobile device management.
  • Proven experience in administering Mobile Devices, including Android and iOS platforms.
  • Knowledge of MDM Systems, including Intune, Workspace One, Knox, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
