Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of service users, each with their own unique needs and challenges. You will be expected to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Personal Care.
  • Moving and Handling.
