We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to join our expanding team in Milton Keynes.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the smooth execution of construction projects, including site visits, regular progress meetings, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth execution of construction projects, including site visits and regular progress meetings with Site Managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Manage and control project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Design, Procurement, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
