European Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our European growth strategy, focusing on the DACH region. As Senior Account Executive at Wiser Elite, you will drive revenue growth, lead trials, and manage the full sales process.
Main Responsibilities- Meet or exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets by generating qualified leads and converting them into new customers.
- Conduct demos with prospects, communicate effectively, and lead high-impact trials to showcase value add.
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring timely and efficient deal progression.
We offer a market-leading SaaS solution that provides private company analysis, in-depth reports, and strategic insights to Private Equity, Investment Managers, and Consultants.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS business development.
- A business or finance university degree from a reputable institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, come up with new ideas, and drive progress.
- Fluency in English and German.
£80,000 - £110,000 per annum + double OTE (On Target Earnings).
Hybrid office culture: 3 days in office.
This is a salaried position, offering a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus double OTE (On Target Earnings). In addition, we offer a hybrid office culture, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
